
Elden Ring (Gameplay Audio Redesign)
Recreating the audio for the Elden Ring clip needed creative and technical skills to emulate the fantasy world. Metallic sounds were needed for the player’s opponent, whilst also focusing on low end processing to create a sense of size and danger. For the opponent’s defeat, I recorded crushed fruit and knife swipes in combination with low frequency information to encourage the player’s actions. To fit the game’s fantasy theme, I used synths and organic instrumentation, in conjunction with tonality to create a sense of accomplishment.
